Lynnie, Alysha, Carolyn and Jane offer care, treatment, advice and support in a number of areas relating to your health and wellbeing.
Appointments can be made Monday to Friday ( including before or after work times) for Wound care, Childhood vaccination, immunisations (travel/flu/pneumonia), Diabetes education at diagnosis and ongoing Diabetic review, Asthma Plans and review.
Appointments are available for Pain Management, Weight loss, Sexual Health, PAP smears, Health Assessments – Closing the Gap registration, Indigenous Health Assessments, 45-49 year general health checks, Diabetic at Risk check, 75 year general check-up, medication reviews, Care Plans, and Preventative Medicine.
Talk to our Reception staff to make these appointments as input or referral by your general practitioner may be necessary.
