Allie is a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience working across a range of sectors in regional NSW. She supports adolescents and adults experiencing a wide variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and complex life stressors. Her work is grounded in a deep respect for each person’s lived experience and capacity for growth.
A central focus of Allie’s practice is trauma-informed therapy. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced single-incident or complex trauma, and understands the ways trauma can impact emotions, relationships, self-beliefs, and the nervous system.
